Email lists are created by matching current valid emails to voter records provided by our client. In the case that a client does not have voter files or postal records, we can generate valid, current email lists given specific constituent criteria.
How it Works
At Advocacy Inc, we run postal records from our clients against several voter file databases to find matching, updated voter email addresses. Emails can then be grouped in many ways from zip code, congressional district, age, ethnicity and more.

What do you need?
We can append lists of 50,000+ names and addresses -- or the voter files in your state -- to find matching email addresses. Our typical match rate for finding a valid email address is > 10-20% percent or more. You pay for only "matched" emails after the recipient has chosen to "opt-in" and receive future communications from our clients. The append process has approximately a two week turnaround timeframe.
